It was a good appointment, despite my fear level. Explanations of what will happen were very good. I appreciated the dentist taking time to listen to my feelings and fears. As I talked, he said what I was telling about me was helpful for him to be able to treat me and my procedure better. I left calmer than when I first got there, but I'm still terrified to do this, and would rather get it done sooner and have it over with.

He walked me through everything easing my nervousness. Definitely will recommend this dental office and Dr Rundquist. Ran the ins through and was told of costs from start. Including what I owed and that I may rec refund if ins covers more or possibly owe more again if ins covers less. Hadn't had that before.

Dr Runquist is the best Endodontist I have ever seen. He is warm, attentive, and makes the process bearable. Hi gentility, and the way he explains the treatment process, what to expect, and the prognosis is more than excellent. I am an African and to find a doctor who sees my humanity, values me, and treats me with respect, that is what we call Ubuntu in Africa. Simply "humanness" Dr. Runquist demonstrates the true spirit of Diversity Equity and inclusion, by his character. He has saved me many teeth. He saved a tooth that one of your Endodontists had told me there was a bone broken and I needed extraction. I said to myself, "No not that fast. Not until I hear from Dr. Runquist." I am so glad I listened to my intuition. My tooth is safe. There was no broken bone. I would nominate him as a recipient of demonstrated DEI if you had something like that. I love him!

We came to a conclusion that I would not need his services at this time..but happy to learn that he would be there for any other problems that may arise..
