Very poor "bedside manner." I have a lot of problems with my mouth and Dr. Lee made me feel like I was something stuck to the bottom of his shoe.

I was not at all nervous. We really appreciated that my husband was invited in for the entire appt. It was extremely helpful that I didn't need to try to explain everything to him after I saw Dr. Lee!

Dr Lee rattled off various treatment options, all in dental terminology. When I asked him numerous times to explain it in lay man terms, he didn't. I vocalized numerous times that I was overwhelmed, frustrated and didn't understand everything he was throwing at me. At one point, he started taking his DR coat off. Guess that was his clue that he was done. I asked if there were pics or examples of options to help me understand, and the dental ass't said yes. We can schedule another consultation to go over those. Too late!

I felt like an idiot the whole time I was there. Dr. Lee was condescending and hurried through the appointment. I felt like a hopeless case unless I'm able to spend $70,000 for a total dental reconstruction. Evidently I had acid wear on my teeth and he rudely demanded why I had it and if I had acid reflux (which I do). I would never consider recommending him to ANYONE.

I feel Dr. Lee went above and beyond in my care....I have an EXTREME phobia of anything dental related and he and his assistants did everything they could to relieve my severe anxiety. Dr. Lee is AMAZING!!!!

Dr. Lee mumbled things but didn't explain (e.g., your teeth move when you bite) - ok, so where, why, is there something I can do about it - none of that was addressed and I couldn't ask with his fingers in my mouth. Then he tried proposing that a crown on the other side of my front teeth be changed so that when the #10 crown got done it would look better. Then he proposed a provisional method - a temp to a permanent. I said I was old and had imperfect teeth to begin with and I only wanted to get rid of the hole in my mouth so I don't look like a hillbilly anymore. Further recommendation depends on the outcome of the implant crown. Based on "bedside manner" - recommendation to Dr. Lee Is poor.

I did not feel I had a good experience with Dr. Lee. I felt as if I was having to drag everything out of him. He wad supposed to be providing me with a consultation And he just came off as a little disinterested and was not thorough in his explanation. I had to ask a lot of questions which was fine as he does not know me.

Dr. Lee adjusted my upper denture to a snug comfortable fit. He trimmed a couple areas on my lower denture that were cutting my cheek. I will go back in the fall for another adjustment.

Dr. Lee is the first Dentist to listen to me the past year and 1/2. ( more than 22 appointments at another office) He looked a photos of me as to how I smiled, listened to my concerns and be acutely aware of the problem that the other office failed to hear me.

I had a particular need, removal of a bad implant. Dr. Lee found a way to remove the implant without being able to to take out the screw. He came up with a way to file down the screwhead and remove the implant from the bottom. I am extremely grateful that he took the time to study the problem and come up with a workable solution.

Dr. Lee has been a great dental specialist. He explained procedures well and listened to my concerns. My friends think my dentures look and fit great. I have given them the name and location of the clinic, and recommend Dr. Lee for dentures. He is an artist sculpting dentures.

He's thorough and understandable in his recommendations/reasons in re: to my dental care. He takes time to listen and answer questions and concerns. He provides information that helps me make informed decisions about my care. His dental assistant is also a good listener. I love his calm, patient demeanor. Another one with a great smile, too!

There was no fear involved . I have never had a negative experience with any health care provider until I met Dr Lee. it is unfortunate and maybe I am the only patient with this experience but I can't return to this office . The office staff and the dental assistant were professional and kind .
