Dr. Was very knowledgeable. Even though my daughter had missed mymedication, he was able to ask the right questions due to my age to determine that I should follow up with my Rhuematologist regarding a hold for a week on my medication. Good catch.

The dental assistant and Dr.Davis were absolutely kind and caring when talking to me about my options and the expressed care about my health with wisdom tooth extraction. The Dental Assistant made me feel very comfortable and for the first time in my life i didn't pass out getting a needle in my body thanks to her being caring and sweet.

I was there for an implant consult, and dr. spent a lot of minutes up front talking about a flipper, bridge, etc. and that's not what I was there for. Once the implant was addressed, there was a lot of information to digest. And even more to digest when the plan and estimate was received.

Post op instructions varied greatly depending on the source (assistant while walking out the door, written information, assistance I spoke with when I called in with a questions/concern). Please give the post-op information to parents earlier so they can have all items on hand. Getting when you have a child in pain and then have to stop for multiple things is not helpful

Would have liked more details about pre-op physical and "day before" instructions

I would have liked to know that there was a possibility the procedure would last longer than anticipated. I realize that sometimes things don't go as planned, but I ended up having a 3 hr procedure when I was told to expect about 1 hr when scheduling my appointment.
