Welcome Dr. Thieu!

The Dental Specialists is excited to welcome Periodontist, Dr. Kathleen Thieu!  Dr. Thieu joined The Dental Specialists in July 2020 and treats patients at our Lake Elmo and Rosemount locations.

Dr. Thieu received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2017 and her Certificate in Periodontics in 2020 from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.  She says "Periodontics allows me to help patients achieve a healthier and more functional smile. I enjoy educating patients and providing patient-centered care." Outside of the office, Dr. Thieu enjoys spending time with family and friends. She likes to practice yoga, explore new hiking trails, cook, and travel.

Dr. Thieu will be at our Lake Elmo location on Wednesdays and our Rosemount location on Mondays and Tuesdays.
