I have a complicated case and have been working with Dr Theu and Dr Lee to correct damage stemming from an accident. Both have been outstanding and I have appreciated their expertise as they have guided me toward next steps. This visit was with Dr. Theu. She had wonderful bedside manner and I trust her completely. I have appreciated her honesty throughout the process and when I asked for her advice, she was willing to tell me what she would do since the damaged teeth are in the front. We are not through with my treatment plan but her skill as a dentist has me at ease that she will help me get the best results possible.

Dentist gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I have some major dental work ahead based on the dentist's explanation, so there was a lot of information to process and try to understand. As is usually my experience, I think of questions after the opportunity to ask them is no longer available. Would be nice if there were a way to ask questions after leaving the office.

Rosie was very nervous prior to visiting the dentist but after her consultation she said she felt very comfortable there and would come back for her procedure without worrying. She loved the doctor and the dental assistant. All the employees spoke directly to Rosie, rather than asking me (her mom) all the questions. My kids really appreciate being spoken to and not spoken about.
