This was my first root canal and was pleasantly surprised and not what I had anticipated. Dr. Abusteit and his assistant did excellent jobs to explain the condition and the treatment. My experience was VERY good. All of the staff was very pleasant and very professional. The dental assistant ( sorry I can't seem to remember her name) was very kind and outgoing. She made me at ease, because I was nervous and had never had a root canal. She was also very nice to talk with and we had a very nice conversation about where I was from (Kentucky.) She was just an all-around awesome person. As for the Doctor, he was also very kind, professional, and knowledgeable in his profession. He explained everything he was doing very well to me and step by step. He also answered any questions I had. The procedure went very well and smoothly. I realized I was nervous for no reason, by the end of It all. Also, the dental hygienist assured me that they would make sure to get everything (papers/needed documents, etc.) sent over to my Dentist by the end of that business day, so I could make an appt. With my Dentist, in order to get a crown put on asap. This was greatly appreciated, since I was hoping to get in with my Dentist as soon as possible.I had a very good experience and would HIGHLY recommend this team and this office/location to others. If I am in need of any future work, I will defiantly plan on visiting this location and asking for the same Doctor/team. Thank you all for your help and kindness!

Dr. Abusteit is by far the best dental practitioner and perhaps even one of the best medical professionals I've ever dealt with. He was kind and sympathetic and I appreciated how everything was explained to me before and during the procedure. I also appreciated that he called for the follow up and I had a chance to ask him questions. I would 100% recommend Dr. Abusteit if you have to have any endodontic procedures. If there were a choice of EXCELLENT, I would have chosen that answer. I really can't say enough about the experience. If I ever need another root canal, I'll be at your office and not nervous. I was an office manager at an endodontist office and never thought I would give an endodontist as good as my former employer. I was wrong. Dr. Abusteit was fantastic. I felt no pain and, honestly, that evening it was slightly sore and the next day, felt completely bag to normal.

Really kind and sensitive to my needs. Most painless root canal I've had. He tested first to confirm dying root canal, administered the injections super slowly (thank you!), and fixed some unexpected decay. Very tuned in and present, so excellent "bedside manner." He also worked quietly, which was nice, because I felt his full attention was on the task at hand. I actually feel asleep and he'd have to remind me to open further. That's a testament to his skill, and my comfort (and partly my shortness of sleep the night before).

The doctor's assistant, did a fantastic job explaining to me what the procedure for a root-canal would entail and what concerns for options might be available if plan A does not work. She was very nice and fun to talk with. She explained a little about the Dr. who would be doing the procedure. Dr. Abusteit, was terrific. I cannot say enough about his demeanor. He was warm, caring and professional. He made it clear what I had to do to follow-up after my visit with him. He went above the call of duty and telephoned me the following day to ask how I was doing! No, doctor, I have ever worked with in the past, has called me to see how I was progressing. This was amazing to me and very much unexpected. This call made me feel much more comfortable with Dr. Abusteit than I was before and during the procedure. The whole experience with TDS was marvelous. I would not hesitate to set up another appointment with him for whatever might occur in the future. Both he and the dental assistant are wonderful people and you should be proud to have them on your staff. Thank you.
