Sara did an excellent job explaining my tooth situation and what caused the issue I'm having. Very honest and up front with me even though I didn't like the final outcome of having my tooth extracted. Sara told me that she couldn't save the tooth as the roots have broken off and that was the cause of the discomfort and infection in the tooth.

Unfortunately I've spent too much time I'm the dentist office over the years, but I'd say Dr Barsness and her assistant were by far the best of all the Dentists/assistants that have helped me. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and were quite easy to talk to about my situation. Throughout the procedure I was impressed with how thorough and focused Dr Barsness was. We were told they wouldn't be asking for payment today, but when I was done, we had to pay. I really appreciate that the doctor gave me two phone numbers to call if I had a problem with the antibiotics or had any questions. Thank you for helping me. I'm so relieved that the pain is gone!

Dr. Barsness stopped during the treatment to see how I was doing. Always checking to make sure I was comfortable. When doing the procedure, they continued the conversation we had been having which made me feel part of the conversation. At my regular dentist I was talked over as if I wasn't there discussing their plans for the rest of the day or week. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I was in bad shape and in a lot of pain when I came in for a root canal. More novacain could have been administered because I experienced momentary jolts of pain during the procedure. Additional novacain was required and quickly administered. There were a few days of lingering pain and soreness after the procedure, but that was to be expected from the trauma. However, a week after the procedure I'm pain free!

I was very impressed with the Dr. Barsness and her team. She was informative, answered all my questions and explained procedure so well. I actually heard her talk with an other patient and she was the same with him. I'm going to suggest to my normal dentist they refer to Dr. Barsness because of the care I received. I actually was referred first to someone else but because of your working with my insurance company directly and only expecting my copay I went with you. And, so glad I did!

The provider and assistant talked about the entire time l was in the chair getting a procedure done on their personal issues. What they did over the weekend, how the husband and boyfriend were doing, ect. I knew their whole life story. I felt uncomfortable with that conversation because that should be done privately and not working on my tooth. I felt they were too involved about themselves and not on me, the patient. The final outcome was good for the procedure but the chair side manner needs improvement. Would not recommend because of that!
