I was referred by my dental office: diagnose of an abscess tooth which I needed a root canal along with two cavities at the gum line. Dr. Roach didn't see that on xrays they forwarded. Dr Roach then did the 3d-4d orbit type xray, and again, did not see any abscess. She explained that was the bone they were looking at so I didn't need a root canal nor were there two cavities. I explained my pain and she tested my bite. My bite was the culprit! Dr Roach delivered great news no work needed to done!.

The dental assistant and the doctor were both very good. I have a bad root canal and needed to have it redone or decide to have it pulled for a bridge or implant. The dentist explained my options very well. It wasn't good for my tooth, but she helped me make my decision. I've decided to have it pulled because to go ahead with redoing the bad root canal wouldn't be good long-term.

I was having an old capped molar drilled into to clean out infection. Not an everyday treatment LOL. I wish I had asked ahead of starting for her to explain each step - not that I was nervous, just curious as to all that is involved. I realize many people simply want it "over with" so what I wished I had asked for is certainly on me, not her responsibility but maybe have the doctor ask the patient if they want each step explained?

I've waited two weeks to complete your survey after my root canal treatment. In case there were Issues I wanted to Include them In the survey. I had no Issues! Overall this was a great experience and would choose Dr. Roach and her assistant again. They made me comfortable, at easy and informed. Dr. Sam communicated, explained my situation and provided three options. During the treatment they both would check on me. They both worked well together on my behalf. At the end and review Dr. Sam even made a few written notes for me that I could refer to later If needed. Thanks to all from the referral, phone scheduling, front desk, dental assistant and Dr Samantha Roach. You are appreciated.

The only thing I would have preferred is more explanation of what they were actually doing during the procedure. This would not be detailed step-by-step. We're through the crown", "I've suctioned the infection from the canal", "you're doing great", halfway there", "crown looks good, I'm going to fill the hole" would be helpful. I realize (and appreciate) the 75 minutes was on the short end of expected time, but it seems forever when you don't know how much time is left! I am not asking for "chit-chat"; I absolutely appreciate that Dr. Roach was focused, concentrating on her work and the assistant was fabulous as well! An option for earbuds with music playing would be nice, I think.

Dr Roach and her assistant were so kind and made me feel comfortable in spite of feeling anxious about my root canal. I experienced a fair amount of pain after my appointment due to a significant amount of infection cleaned out. I called Dr Roach she responded quickly and was kind and so attentive to my concerns about the pain I was experiencing and prescribed a short term pain med. I can't say enough good things about her expertise and ability to make her patient relax during a root canal. Her assistant was also wonderful and caring and checked how I was doing during the procedure. Kudos to both of them!!

Not only did I have a great experience with the Dr/tech, the person working at the front desk was SO helpful. They called my insurance and printed off information so I could understand my coverage and exactly what I would owe. They were willing to schedule me into January so I would have partial coverage through my insurance instead of paying all out of pocket.

The experience was great. I came because a file was stuck in my root from a root canal at my regular dentist. Dr Roach and her assistant were very professional. They be were kind and calming to me. Very thoughtful with their approach. Not a lot of banter between them, just all business. They were efficient and things seemed very cleanly and neat in the room. Everything they needed was right where it needed to be. The outcome was not as I had hoped, but their kindness and professionalism was really valued by me.

Both Dr. Roach and her dental assistant were incredibly kind and reassuring for me at every step of this procedure. I have some pretty severe dental anxiety, cried a little, and was very nervous. They both comforted me and talked me through every step in an encouraging way that made me feel very calm. I also did not feel any embarrassment about my anxiety - both individuals were so understanding and caring. Would absolutely recommend!

I wish Dr. Roach had provided a bit more information about what she had seen while treating me at the end of our visit. I was a bit curious about how things looked, it it was pretty routine or challenging, andante reassurance that they saw issues once they were in my tooth that a root canal was warranted for. But it was a long appointment and I'm sure she had other duties to fulfill afterward. I also didn't think to ask the questions while there so I take most responsibility.

Different options were explained to me, as were risks and benefits of each. Dental assistant made a point to "check on me" many times during the procedure asking "are you still doing ok?" I was not nervous due to the fact, initials welcoming erased. There was excellent team work. Very caring and professionally done. The receptionist seemed very knowledgeable. Will not hesitate to recommend this dental office. He showed me an estimate and agreed to send In claim before I pay per my request. The entire team was Instrumental getting my dental work done. I was very satisfied, I wanted to express my gratitude right there but thought of this survey to do so. I was impressed.I even gotten a F/U call from the receptionist. He even offered to help me connect with my dentist, after making umpteen calls without anyone answering.

The dental assistant and Dr. Roach were an efficient team. I felt fortunate to be under the care of skilled and experienced practitioners. When prepping me and gathering information before Dr. Roach enter the exam room, her dental assistant was caring, personable and gave me confidence that I'd made the right decision to use this dental practice for treatment. Later, when receiving anesthesia injections, they could tell I was tense. Dr. Roach said a couple of times, "Keep breathing," and her dental assistant placed a reassuring hand on my shoulder. I appreciated those gestures.

Dr Roach & her Assistant were the best, I have anxiety about dental appt & procedures & they made me feel very comfortable & cared about my pain; I would recommend to anyone!

I am a little perplexed in that this experience was so much BETTER, I am less hesitant to have this procedure done in the future, Hope I don't ever need it again but it was not that bad at all.

This was the first time I met Dr. Roach. I found her to be EXTREMELY GOOD at her job and VERY CARING!!! She never seemed rushed and I could tell she wanted to make sure I knew what was going on with my tooth and how the procedure would go. She answered all my questions with patience and a real caring attitude! Her assistant was just as professional and caring! I really appreciated how they let me know along the way how the procedure was going!
