The whole experience was good because they informed me about all my options and listened to me and allowed me to make the decision that was best for me. the dental assistant and the Dr were so great! I was very nervous and ill-informed - the dentist explained everything, all my choices and options and the risks of all of them. He was very understanding, calm and knowledgeable. the dental assistant was the best - she was incredibly informative and easy to be with. She was calming and so patient. I would like to thank Jacob and his team for their service. The treatment is to remove a implant and the process was done very smoothly. I should highlight that the pain is very minimal. This was my first experience with dental surgery-a tooth extraction. Dr. Yetzer's personal approach was exceptional. I felt that I was HIS patient that he had ownership in his procedure, was interested in my questions and concerns, he thoroughly explained what the procedure would entail, and he described what he was doing during the procedure. He was concerned about my pain level throughout the procedure. He was respectful of his dental assistant, Jessica, and I could easily conclude that they were a teamthat worked well together. I was pleased and impressed. He also has a great sense of humor.

I appreciated how Dr. Yetzer came out and spoke to me HIMSELF after performing surgery on my daughter. He explained how things went and went through what to expect during her recovery. I am very impressed with Dr. Yetzer's professionalism - his listening skills, his ability to explain proposed treatment and implementation of the plan as well as his demeanor. Later In day following extraction of the abscessed tooth - and after office hours - Dr. Yetzer took the additional step of making a follow-up call to check on how I was doing, whether there were any problems, did I have any additional questions, etc. As I said, quite impressive.

There was a lack of communication from the last MD, but Dr. Yetzer took it in stride, apologized and still could perform the procedure that day although not planned in his day. Due to Co-VID and changes to Dr Yetzer's practice, I waited a bit longer to get to see him BUT it was well worth the wait. I purposely waited to finish my implant procedure with him since I did NOT want anyone else. He is exceptionally talent, great bedside manner, caring, open, communicative and I could go on and on. I would recommend him to anyone and would hope to be able to continue future dental work with him if ever the need arose..

We count ourselves lucky to have received care from Dr. Yetzer. He was very caring, showing concern to my 17 year old daughter who had had a very rough 3 days with a lot of wisdom tooth pain because of an infection. He walked through our options and his recommendation at the surgical consult and also the day of surgery when there were some complications. We would recommend this practice and especially his expertise.

Dr. Yetzer had not been informed my orthodontist had quite and there was an interim orthodontist that had taken over my case. As soon as Dr. Yetzer was made aware of this fact he got on the phone right away to go over the treatment plan with the new treating orthodontist to ensure they were both on the same page. I was hesitant about getting two of my pre-molars removed to begin with and was put at ease knowing both my orthodontist and oral surgeon thought it was the best route to take in my treatment plan.
