The orthodontist came out did not introduce herself, only wanted to know what's the problem. I feel like they just to get rid of me soon as possible.

I had to keep asking questions or else nothing would have been explained to me about my child's appointment and what would be expected in the next visit. This was disappointing because what's being done should always be explained.

First time seeing Dr. Kellogg, she did not discuss overall treatment plan since taking over but was very personable and interested in me as a person. She talked to me more in one visit than previous Dr. Did in several visits.
