We started coming here about 5 years ago. After the last couple of visits I have decided to try a different dentist for my children.Beyond the tvs and animal pictures on the walls the staff really is not very friendly. The dentist talks to the kids in a very sing-song high-pitched voice but does not take time to ask them questions or explain things to them. I have never felt that she was a warm or considerate caregiver to my kids or me and its time for us to move to a new practice.

We had gone over what to expect with our child prior to the visit, but she was still a little uncertain as it was happening. Dr Allen and the assistant made sure to keep her at ease and work with her throughout the procedure. The extra effort was appreciated (by parents and child), and I'm sure it went a long way towards keeping her apprehension around future dentist visits low.

My daughter is on the autism spectrum, and was excited for her visit, but a little scared, too. They were absolutely wonderful with her, and she was not afraid at all during the visit!

My child is a little older and after we left the appointment he felt like an adult. Dr. Allen did an amazing job greeting and talking to him first and then talking to me. The team gave him good oral hygiene instructions and didn't make him feel bad for needing a little improvement. Thank you for everything you guys do!

The Yonder app for children was a huge help for my toddler. He was excited to see the character in the dentist's office and to know that he would get a prize at the end of his visit. The TV with a show on it was also very helpful. The providers explained everything clearly so he knew what to expect and they were gentle with him when he was uncomfortable.

Only spoke about the Rx for toothpaste and the start of a possible cavity. Wanted to hear more about the xrays taken and my child's overall teeth health and how we support continued good dental health at home. Dr. Allen was kind enough to return when I asked her to come back in as I wanted to ask a couple of questions. In the future would prefer more discussion with my child present on the importance of dental care and what we can expect - ie loose teeth, braces needed etc going forward. The exam was great, just no talk of xrays taken, or of the future and what to be doing between now and next check up other than rinse and use an Rx toothpaste.

Everyone was so kind and patient and careful with our son and I so appreciate it. From Dr. Allen letting him see and touch each of the tools to the hygienist soothing him and rubbing his forehead while he got used to having the nitrous mask on. It was clear to me that these women cared about my nervous, hesitant kiddo.

Dr Allen was extremely gracious, patient and constructive in explaining that my son's sudden intense tooth pain was due to his permanent teeth coming in. She gave useful advice about what we can do (and not do) to help prepare him for losing his first tooth.

My child has sever anxiety and the staff made her feel comfortable and at ease. They walked her through the appointment step by step. She left the appointment feeling accomplished thanks to the encouragement from Dr. Allen and the team.

The team did a great job getting me back promptly for the appointment. They started the appointment with positive comments that helped my child understand the importance of good oral hygiene. In the past my child has struggled with brushing and flossing. The team and Dr. Allen have shown him techniques that he was able to implement in his daily routine that led to a positive check up.

My child was very nervous about getting a filling. The front desk did a great job setting a positive tone when we walked in and Dr. Allen was really good with him. She explained everything honestly but kid-friendly way which was perfect for him.

Dr. Allen is a caring and professional doctor. She and her staff are extremely gentle with their little patients and take the time to explain procedures using words that even the youngest patients can understand. She took the time to show my daughter how to put toothpaste on her brush and explained in terms that she could understand why we're careful not to put on too much toothpaste.

Everybody in the office (receptionist, hygenist, and Dr.) that helped us were amazing on our visit. My daughter is anxious about going to the dentist and they treat her with care, kindness, and respect and know just how to work with her. The Dr. took a great deal of time and effort in explaining treatment options. Went above and beyond.
