Dr. Ridgeway enjoys being able to guide young patients and their parents to a positive dental experience by providing excellent pediatric dental specialty care in a caring and empathetic environment. His goal is to help children develop optimistic, motivated and healthy attitudes towards their oral care and health and make visiting the dentist a great experience! Dr. Ridgeway had a wonderful, gentle dentist growing up, and he wants nothing more than to provide that same kind of care and memories for all of his patients.

We switched to your office from a regular non-pediatric dentist a little over a year ago and I am so grateful we found you all. It is so great to walk into a kid friendly space. Also, everyone is so kind and non-shaming. THANK YOU for making the dentist office a positive experience for my kids. I recommend you all whenever I can.

My daughter and I were both nervous about a first filling and the Dental hygienist and the Dentist were beyond great with explaining everything to my daughter so that she was comfortable. What I thought would be an awful experience was very pleasant. I was amazed at the team.

One kid showed 6 cavities and at the end of the appointment, there was no time (like, at least 10 min) to have a discussion about the options. I hope and trust (because we have a hospital appointment Intervention scheduled) that he suggested the best option. But, parent had no time to ask questions, understand the alternatives, etc. Quickly It was determined that In 1 hour, Dentist could address all 6 cavities Instead of multiple visits. But, this also Includes general anesthesia and I was wondering, where the cavities were and, was there anything good about my kid's teeth, etc. We got no time to talk much about (2 y/o) teeth and the rest of her teeth. In the future, I will only bring 1 kid (someone said 30 min was enough for each kid but, each kid needed more time) to allow time for discussion.

Dr. Adam is the best! He gives insight on his approach and explains in a way kids and adults understand. He is always patient and professional and for all of these reasons we continue to come to this office vs a more local dentist after our move.

We're happy to have a facility like yours to help our daughter who has an extreme fear of needles and therefore cannot get her fillings done by our regular dentist. You've helped us through several dental issues and we're grateful. Our daughter is always comfortable there despite her fear. I just wish we could have gotten the filling done the same day as the consult so we didn't have to miss two different days of work/school to take care of something our dentist had already confirmed needed to happen.

Dr. Ridgeway and the staff bring out the best in our daughter to allow for a full hygiene visit. They are very caring and know how to talk with her at her level as a young elementary student. It gives my daughter a sense of ease and lessens her fears when they look & work inside her mouth.

The dental assistant & Dr. Adam were so kind to my daughter. She was very nervous about seeing the dentist, and they both took the time to explain things to her in ways she understands, accommodated her so kindly to help ease her anxiety, and we're so patient with her. It was a great experience! She even said that she wants to come back in May and see Dr. Adam again! Thank you!

Dr. Adam treated two teeth that were crowned by a dentist at a different practice. Our experience at that past practice was very upsetting, and I believe my daughter was given crowns that were both unnecessary and improperly put on. The two crowns were both problematic, and I'm very grateful that Dr. Adam fixed the problems my daughter was having. I also appreciated Dr. Adam allowing me to stay in the room during the treatment, which also was not the case in the other dentist office. His manner was also very calm and my daughter was not nervous and did not have any pain.

Dr Ridgeway has done a great job both times we have seen him in being engaging with my child. He works quickly and doesn't spend a lot of time explaining things beforehand, which for my child would cause anxiety. Instead he gets right to work and distracts my child with pleasant chat and is done before my child even realizes he started!

I know Dr. Adam is very busy with other appointments but my child is terrified at the dentist and it would be nice if he could spend a little more time trying to put him at ease. I expected that pediatric specialists would have more ideas to help kids handle and enjoy the appointment.
