Sedation Appointment Instructions

Thank you for entrusting The Dental Specialists with your oral health. Please remember to bring the following items to your upcoming scheduled appointment: 

• Medical and dental insurance cards
• Picture ID
• Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the check-in process.

For patients undergoing sedation: 

• You must have a responsible adult driver to and from your appointment. The adult driver must remain in the office during your procedure.
• Do not eat or drink anything for eight hours prior your appointment, NOT EVEN WATER.
• If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign the consent forms.
• A Patient Care Coordinator will be calling to review pre-sedation instructions and answer any questions you may have.
